What a difference a day makes... with tail winds giving me a helping hand, I was able to make great progress despite a casual start to the day after saying goodbye to my hosts & being bewildered by the food options in the Pick n Pay supermarket. The road was a lot busier than I'm used to, even if it's still not a patch on England's linear...

With a painful ulser on my lip and a nasty seat rash that wouldn't look out of place in a GUM clinic, I've decided to make the most of James and his girlfriend Bec's very generous hospitality and take a couple of days out in Maun.
