> Lost phone and dashed hopes of a malt loaf top up
Day 36 Agadir, 3512km Morocco.
Sorry to dissappoint you but there are no near death tales of armed robbery to go with my lost phone, I simply left it in a hostel. To make matters worse I have detoured to Agadir to pick up a resupply of malt loaf only to discover it hasn`t arrived yet and tommorrow is a public holiday - truly gut wrenching, no man should have to brave the sahara and negotiate police check points without its fruity goodness and barganing value!
It was great to see a large number of cyclists on the road today without even a flash of lycra as people travelled to work on the fruit farms, transported precariously secured goods or travelled to school. Indeed at one point my little horns sweet honk attracted quite a sizeable and competitive Moroccan peleton, and to think I was doubting its pulling power! Despite this cyclists remain just below chickens at the bottom of the road users pecking order and I had to take evasive action onto the hard shoulder on numerous occasions.

Curses
That's a pain, with the phone and all. Conditions for cyclists are not great, culture shift is needed...
Keep up the good work.

Good to hear the latest update, cool that you saw a Lamagheir bro. sorry to hear about the phone but glad no nasty story attached, I'm sure that hostel owner will enjoy reading about my trip to Cowdber!
