Day 10 - 1280km Miranda de Ebro, Spain. A nutritious chocolate biscuit breakie set me up perfectly for a 9k alpine climb through the clouds and rain that took two hours to go up and only 10 minutes to come down! Which set the tone for a grueling day of alpine riding. I'll be very glad to see the back of the pyra-knees wreckers.
Got some good support from spainards along the way including a group of kids who followered me through Begara before giving up when I showed them my final destination - kids these days have no commitment!
