Day 10 - 1280km Miranda de Ebro, Spain.  A nutritious chocolate biscuit breakie set me up perfectly for a 9k alpine climb through the clouds and rain that took two hours to go up and only 10 m

> Sun, sea and lorries

Day 9 - 1138km Azpeita, Spain. Unpleasant day spent sucking fumes and dodging lorries on busy coastal route which accidentally included moterway tunnels!

> Thunder and Lightening

Day 8 - 1026km Biarritz, France. Made it to Biarittz by night fall and then got led on a merry go round by a local french guy trying to help me find a youth hostel, still got there eventually.

> Illegal camping

Day 7 - 854km Hostens, France. I've hit the jack pot again, managed to get in to some closed camp site and all the showers etc are working!

Day 4 - 463km Bourgneuf-en-Mauges, France.  Hey guys some nice french lady has taken pity on me and allowed me to camp in her back garden, there are chairs and everything - what luxury!
