Day 32 - 3222km Imlil, Atlas Mountains, Morocco. When leaving Marrakech this morning I decided on a whim to make the most of my location by taking the Atlas Mountains head on and hopefully climbing Mount Toubkal in the process. I had hoped to do the trek in one day but on the advice of other hikers and guides I've settled for two, particularly as my budget doesn't stretch to a guide. I'm confident that I'll make up the lost time in the desert!
